Timos Does Not Release Memory After Change Of Business Profile

-- Problem Statement:
In order to verify that memory is released in Timos for closed/suspended accounts, perform the following test: took some customers in a sample DB and, following the BRM recommendations, change the Business Profile of these accounts from Prepaid to PostPaid.
It seems TIMOS memory is not released which is non conform the feature described in the documentation.
