Symptoms

When adding usage in MDM - Usage Add/Edit - Add Interval and the starttime is not midnight, the application creates extra cuts.

For example, if you create a one day cut with a starttime of 01/01/2008 06:00:00 and a stoptime of 01/02/2008 05:59:59 and a value of 1000, two cuts are created in the database:

One with a startime of 01/01/2008 00:00:00 and value of 1000;

The other with a starttime of 01/02/2008 00:00:00 and a value of 1000.

Only one cut should be created.
