Text Not Displayed In The Comment Text Area In The Product Details

This problem can occur on any platform.
Product Comments not present when additional deal is purchased.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1) Create a plan with a product
2) Create an account by purchasing this plan in Customer Center
3) Select the Service tab, And select Purchase
4) Try purchasing an Additional deal for the account, It is seen that product description in the comment text are not seen when the deal purchase is completed when the customized products page is omitted.
5) However these comments are seen when Additional Plan is purchased.
