Customer Center Is Showing Incomplete Message During A Consumer Account Creation

This problem can occur on any platform.
On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management(BRM), 220.127.116.11.0 version, Customer Center is showing incomplete message during a consumer account creation.
Steps To Reproduce:
1)Install the Customer Center.
2)Create a new consumer account from the Customer Center.
While creating an account in the second page after General information, it is seen that the message appearing for the hierarchy is not complete when compared with the RTW version of the customer center.
