Symptoms

The pipeline crashed while processing one of the streams with a DIVOVER (overflow in division)
exception.
The crash seems to only occur in a specific scenerio.

The feature we have deployed is a multi GB bundle and the problem happens when a user with say 3Gb
uses all but a 100 bytes or less .
They then have to buy more allowance and the crash happens when usage comes in which uses the last
100 bytes and the newly
purchased amount.

The following is the error you see in the process.log file:-

09.10.2008 16:56:50 pin01 ifw RATING CRITICAL [T:32] 00057 -
(ifw.Pipelines.CUSTOM_Rating.Functions.Rating) Exception detected in
'ifw.Pipelines.CUSTOM_Rating.Functions.Rating'; invalid state change; [DIVOVER] RWDecimal:
overflow in division.

The discount mode for the discount being computed when the exception occurs is sequential.
