Symptoms
The product is inactivated and activated in the same accounting cycle. After doing the activation while billing is run on the coming bill date, the bill is generated with wrong values.
Steps:
1) 01-Mar Create an account by purchasing a product with Cycle forward event with balance impact of 9.95$
2) 01-Apr Run billing
.............. Expected: $19.90
.............. Actual: $19.90 (OK)
3) 10-Apr Inactivate the product [using flist, product level]
4) 20-Apr Activate the product[using flist, product level]
5) 01-May Run billing
.............. Expected: $6.3 [01-Apr to 10-Apr]+[20-Apr to 01-May]
.............. Actual: $9.95
