Read-Only Access To Customer Center Does Not Display The List Of Bills (Doc ID 745205.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
For the role "Guest Customer Center User" for which a CSR is assigned, if READ ONLY permission
(Customer Center) is set for ‘/accounttool/araccess’, it doesn't allow the user to view an
account’s list of bills.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a ROLE "Guest Customer Center User" with all the access as the default Customer Center
Super User but with READ permission only.
2. Add user to this Role.
3. Login to Customer Center as this user. and view Balance tab.
Result: Doesn't allow the user to view an account’s list of bills.
