Oracle AERS includes field-level Online Help for all fields in Case Entry, including the custom fields and custom mirrored fields (hidden by default). Some customers may choose to rename existing AERS fields, change Online Help information, or expose custom fields and add Help descriptions. In the current functionality, if any customization occurs to the existing HTML files that Oracle provides it is overwritten when an ipatch is applied. This Note provides recommendations for AERS customers who wish to customize the existing Online Help System.
