Symptoms
When trying to launch the Generate PDR Templates and HTM DE Forms web page, the system open the window, the message below appears:
"Please do not close this window with a Oracle Life Sciences Applications session running...."
But then the following error occurs:
"FRM-92050: impossible to connect to server "http:servername:port"
The jserv.log file contains the following error:
FRM-93000: Unexpected internal error.
Details : ERROR: unable to read whole response from runtime
