Goal

Problem Description:

Configure the Impact Categories (IC) in the file pin_impact_category, and then load into the Database.

In the Pricing Center, IC drop down box has all the values of IMPACT_CATEGORY that are included in the file pin_impact_category irrespective of the RATE_CATEGORY and SERVICE_TYPE defined.

For example :

Configuration is set as:
----------------------------------------------------------------
# SERVICE_TYPE RATE_CATEGORY IMPACT_CATEGORY
/service/telco/ip/telephony cycle_forward Bundle
/service/telephony cycle_forward NO
/service/telephony purchase default
----------------------------------------------------------------
In the pricing center we open a product with
1)PERMITTED '/service/telco/ip' and
EVENT_TYPE '/event/billing/product/fee/cycle/cycle_forward_monthly'
- The IMPACT CATEGORY combo shows default + No + Bundle

2)PERMITTED '/service/telco/ip/telephony' and
EVENT_TYPE '/event/billing/product/fee/cycle/cycle_forward_monthly'
- The IMPACT CATEGORY combo shows default + No + Bundle

3)PERMITTED '/service/telco/ip/telephony' and
EVENT_TYPE '/event/billing/cycle/fold'
- The IMPACT CATEGORY combo shows default + No + Bundle

4)PERMITTED '/service/telco/ip/telephony' and
EVENT_TYPE '/event/billing/product/fee/cycle/cycle_arrear'
- The IMPACT CATEGORY combo shows default + No + Bundle

Why does it always display all values ?
