On 7.1.1 in Production:
Launched the collections from Oracle Demand Management System Responsibility for collecting all
the data into Demantra. This collection did not collect Product Category.
Prior to launch of collection ensured the following:
Profile Option MSD_DEM: Category Set Name: Inventory
Category Set "Inventory" is Defined at the Master Level.
Category Set "Inventory" is the default Inventory Category Set.
Verify Data in Demantra and the Category is not collected.
Expect to populate the EBS_PRODUCT_CATEGORY on t_src_item_tmpl table..
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Assign Profile MSD_DEM: Category Set Name: Inventory
2)Launch ASCP Collections
3)Launch Demantra COllections: Oracle Demand Management System
Responsibility>Collections>"Shipping & Booking History"
4) Verify Data in Demantra and the Category is not collected.
