Symptoms
-- Problem Statement:
base service FWLASVCP does not return correct values when used in a business service
Users still have access to update or do other actions that are not supposed to have access based
on certain test results that are performed.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
Please set up BPA script and users to test this.
More detailed steps are in the documentation that customer has provided.
-- Business Impact:
The business service that uses the base service FWLASVCP is being used throughout the
implementation for proper security access checks
