Fct_account Rejects The Cdr Saying "Cannot Parse Customer Data" (Doc ID 746951.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
The cdr is rejected saying "Customer data parse error".
It worked by setting AddAliasList=False,
but it should  work when we put AddAliasList=True

-- Steps To Reproduce:
* In registry set addaliaslist=True
* Populate the alias list flist while creating or modifying the customer.
* Rate the CDR
