Unassigned Orders Not Getting from Mobile Workforce Management to Oracle RealTime Scheduler. (Doc ID 746991.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

When attempting to create a new order in Mobile Workforce Management (MWM) , some orders are still unassigned and are not getting from MWM to Oracle RealTime Scheduler (ORS).

ORS receives the stop as indicated in the Resource Manager web services (rts_ws) logs.  However, there is no other processing after this time period in the logs.
