Goal

Scenario:
A client application is running on the same server as the CM, DM, database and uses java to interface with BRM. 
Requirement: To invoke opcodes without using a TCP/IP connection in order to avoid the overhead that involves. 
Questions:
1) Is it possible to obtain the same without a TCP/IP connection? 
2) Is it possible to obtain a context to pass to PCM_OP for invocation of opcodes without actually
establishing a PCM connection?
