Deadlock warnings periodically appear in dm_oracle.pinlog. Sometimes this causes service outage in requests to our system timeout.
Problem appears in two of our DMs: dm_voice1 and dm_nonv1.
* dm_voice1 runs standard opcodes related to gsm voice rating:
* dm_nonv1 runs our custom wrapped PCM_OP_ACT_USAGE.
