Symptoms

When you attempt to open any CRF, instead of opening, the system throws the following error:

Unknown error happened. Please contact the system administrator

ConnectOCL Internal Error: ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified.

Connect to RDC 4.5.3 > Try to open a CRF
