In Customer Center Navigation Issue In Purchase Wizard's Customized Services And Products Tabs (Doc ID 747600.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
Customer Center does not display the correct information in the Customized Services and Products tabs when using the navigation on the left hand side of purchase wizard and skips the Plan Options tab.

Steps To Reproduce:

1) In Pricing Center, insert a Plan with Options: Free Email - 1 month with two mandatory /service/email products Free Email and Product 1b.
2) In Customer Center, create an account with above plan.
3) Navigate/jump from "Plan" tab to "Customize Services" or "Customize Products" tab, i.e.: skip the "Plan Options" tab by not using "Next" button.
4) The information of the services and products are not displayed on the right panel of "Customize Services" and "Customize Products" tabs.

NOTE: If you don't skip the Plan Options tab, the information are displayed correctly.
