The Network Processor Fails To Start When Starting Up IPSA. (Doc ID 747883.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


In certain circumstances the Network Processor fails to start when starting IPSA after a fresh install.

When installing IPSA with an Oracle client, the NP and CTM, A additional procedure is required.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Install the base IPSA system without the oracle client (Built in)
Install an Oracle client
Install CTM

The issue has the following business impact:
The Network Processor will fail to start.
