ASL Level Order Modifiers Are Not Collected In Supply Chain Planning Duplicate Approved Supplier Setup (Doc ID 747938.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10, HOWEVER, this applies to r12+


Currently there are some Order Modifiers (Minimum Order Quantity and Fixed Lot Multipliers) specified at the Approved Supplier List (ASL) level on the EBS instance. It appears that these ASL level order modifiers are not collected in ASCP. Subsequently they are not used by the plan.  Also, for a particular supplier-site combination, order modifiers are collected for some items and not collected for some other items.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect order modifiers to be collected for ALL items

-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set ASL level order modifiers on Source EBS instance.
2. Run Data Collection and view the collected data on APS instance.
3. Notice that the ASL level order modifiers are not collected.

They notice that for a particular supplier-site combination, order modifiers are collected for some items and not collected for some other items.

These order modifiers are important for the business Order Modifiers specified at the ASL level are important from Business point of view. These order modifiers need to be collected in ASCP and the plan should use these order modifiers.
