Symptoms

When launching Oracle Clinical using Internet Explorer (IE) the system appears to crash after presenting the following error:

Error signature -
AppName: iexplorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName:beans.ocx ModVer 1.1.825

* Install jinitiator
* Connect to Oracle Clinical
