Loading Usageclass_map Module When Starting Pipeline/load Semaphore Takes 1 Hour

-- Problem Statement:
Startup time and memory usage are huge for the batch pipeline if the entries in the ifw_usageclass_map are more. Why is it so and how to tune the same ?

e.g: For 218 entries, it takes 1 hour approximately.
