-- Problem Statement:
In OSM 6.3.1 when a a field containing > 240 characters is displayed as read-only field on a
view, there are no scroll bars and only part of the text is visible.
It would be expected to have scroll bars in order to view the entire text in the field.
-- Steps To Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In OSM Admin create a process with 1 task (aside from the Creation view) and a a text field (field300) 300 characters in length. .
2. Create 2 views, view1, where the 'field300' is read-write and associate the view to the creation task, while view2 would contain 'field300' as read-only.
3. In OSM Web Client create an order, enter 300 characters in 'field300' and submit the order. In the next task where 'field300' is read-only, there are no scroll bars and only part of the text is being displayed.
-- Business Impact:
Due to the lack of scroll bars on this read-only long field users cannot see all the data previously entered in the field
