A toll free number is uploaded and assigned to an account by a PSR, which is later sup cancelled. While creating a Trouble Ticket for the toll free number, an error message is received "Invalid Service Item. Telephone number is in an invalid status" The Status of the toll free number is shown as 'Unavailable'.
