Find How Many Order IDs Are Left In OSM

When using a partitioned OSM / Provisioning / OMS schema, the available order IDs will be limited by the (previously created) partitions. This note provides sample code which you can run manually to check the need to create new partitions or you can adapt it into your own monitor codes to automate warning notifications.
If you do not create new partitions, eventually the limit will be met and no new orders can be created.
It is recommended that available Order ID should be checked weekly (even daily if many new orders are created each day) to prevent new order cannot be created due to new Order ID reaches highest partition limit.
