FRM-40508 ORACLE error: Unable to INSERT Record.in New Case Form after Deletion of Record

- Launch AERS 4.6.1.x
- New Case
- Enter some Data in New Case screen e.g Contact Date, Contact Last Name, contact Method, Initials (Note that a Temp Case ID is generated top right e.g. $TMP079042)
- With Cursor on Initials select 'Delete Record' icon
- Message appears:
Do you wish to save the changes you have made ?
- If user selects [No) to above message, they are returned to a Blank New Case Screen and the New Temp 'Case ID' remains the same e.g. $TMP079042
- If user now attempts to type any data in the new case screen this will now produce the error below:
FRM-40508 ORACLE error: unable to INSERT record.
ORA-00001: unique constraint (AERS1.AE_CASES_PK) violated
ORA-06512: at "AERS1.AS_CASES_TRG", line 9
ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'AERS1.AS_CASES_TRG'
