Symptoms

You are attempting to create operational qualification scripts.

You have taken the following steps, using a custom Domain and have created:

STUDY1;10 DVGs;
25 Active Questions with "Derived?" and "Reqd in QG?" unchecked
and "Collected?" and "DVG Modif?" checked;
7 Active Question Groups;
3 Saved DCMs.

When user opens any DCM and clicks on DCM Question Groups, three Query Dots appear in the DCM
Question Group Name field.
After clicking on the Query Dots, the error message

Error FRM-40350 "...no values."

is displayed.

You expect the Question Groups that were created as Active in the Global Library to show
up as a list. Since they do not show up, you need to determine why they are not showing up.

Next you attempt to click Special...Add Ques Group...Execute Query,

The Question Group "DEMOGRAPHIC" appears from the STANDARD Library, but none of the Question Groups from the Domain. Domain Global Library can be made to appear.

ERROR MESSAGES: FRM-40350 "...no values."
