Goal

How do we collect Resource Changes in Capacity?

We have setup the Simulation Set and can see this the information in BOM_RESOURCE_CHANGES

The data exists in the the view MRP_AP_RESOURCE_CHANGES_V and in the staging table MSC_ST_RESOURCE_CHANGES

But when we review the base table MSC_NET_RESOURCE_AVAIL we do not see these rows correctly, although we do see the Simulation Set shown in the table.
