Unable To Save Notes In Collections Center Using Agent Level Permission

When login into Collection Center using a user id with “Agent” level permissions,
(/ACCOUNTTOOL/COLLECTIONS/AGENT), it does not save notes when a new note is added on  “Enter new Notes” panel.

 Note: Problem does not exist when login using a user id with “Manager” permissions (/ACCOUNTTOOL/COLLECTIONS/MANAGER).

Steps to Reproduce:

Login to Collection Center as an Agent.
Open “All Tasks” tab.
Select one customer, which will make the “notes” button enable on right side below customers list.
Press notes button (It will open “Enter new Notes” window).
Type a note and press OK.
Notes pane should be updated with the new note but it is not.
