Network Processor Startup Failure ORA-01403, ORA-06512 And ORA-00001 Errors (Doc ID 751405.1)

Symptoms

The network processor was not starting with the following errors seen in the network processor logs:

The error block above is repeated for each cartridge in use in the users system.

Changes

The customer has recently upgrade from 5.2.3.224 (GA) system to 5.2.3 Patch 10.
