Leave Request Batch Job Erroneously Indicates Nonexistent Pay Period As Closed (Doc ID 751549.1)

Symptoms

When a leave request has dates that span pay periods and one of the pay periods has not been set
up, an error message is written to the Job Manager log indicatiing that the Pay Period is
Closed. The error message incorrectly references the pay period that is Open as CLOSED- instead
it should return a 'Pay Period does not exist ' error for the Pay Period that has not been set up.
