Map Info Tab During Plan Transitions In Portal Customer Center

When plan transitions are carried out in Customer Center, Map Info tab is skipped during purchase and Customize Products tab is directly opened after processes in Plan Options tab is completed.
Although purchase is able to be completed and plan is successfully transited, Map Info tab should be enabled properly during plan transition purchase.
This issue effects proper purchase of plans during plan transitions and may cause unforeseen errors during testing. It also affects configuration of pricing plans as map info contents may impact plan design.
