Suspense Manager Cannot Load Or Recycle 100000 Cdrs At Once (Doc ID 751800.1)

Q1: Suspense Management Center (client Tool) fails to load 100,000 suspended CDRs at once when all the fields are chosen to be displayed. The search fails and the tool hangs with no log details.

The tool loads all the 100,000 records when only the first 6 fields are chosen to be displayed. The search succeeds but when we select all 100,000 records and launch recycle, the Suspense manager hangs without launching recycling process and never returns from the launch screen.

Q2: After submitting CDRs for recycling, the SMC is not providing the usual acknowledgment "100,000 CDRs submitted for recycling". It didn't hang, but retains the recycle
launch window even after CDR submission. Why?
