Error 'Node 0 Does Not Exist in the Cache. It May Have Been Deleted Already.' After Clicking Audit Status Because the Workflow Does Not Have a Released Status (Doc ID 751974.1)

Symptoms

When creating a change order that has a workflow with out a released status and criteria that have the Pass Release  Audit enabled will show the following error appears: "Node 0 does not exist in the cache. It may have been deleted already." when doing an Audit Status.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create a change order.
2. Select a workflow that does not have a released status
3. Add affected items
4. Move through the workflow to a status that has a criteria with the 'Pass Release Audit' enabled.
5. Click on Actions > Audit Status

Gets the below error in the Java Console logs:

  To enable Java Console logs do:
       a. Go to Control Panel | Java | Advanced Tab | Console
       b. Enable 'Show Console'
       c. Re-log into Java Client and reproduce the error.
