-- Problem Statement:
From some Opcode calls, the PIN_FLD_PROGRAM name is a facility for to pass in so that the /event storable class would store the application name.
But, in case of PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER opcode, there is no option to pass PCM_FLD_PROGRAM_NAME.

This is required so that in the /event storage class we need to identify events generated for creating the accounts.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Create an account via customer center OR via input flist using PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER

-- Business Impact:
Unable to identify the events from /events in creating the customer.
