Symptoms

From some opcode calls, the PIN_FLD_PROGRAM name is a facility to pass the /event storable class for storing the application name. But, in case of PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER opcode, there is no option to pass PCM_FLD_PROGRAM_NAME.

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Create an account via Customer Center or via input flist using PCM_OP_CUST_COMMIT_CUSTOMER.

-- Business Impact:
Unable to identify the events from /events in creating the customer account.
