This problem can occur on any platform.
On 18.104.22.168 in production, the JBoss log folder no longer has log files older than the current one.
Users expect a backup log to be created after midnight every night and a new server log file started.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Start Mobile Workforce Management Integration Manager twice.
-- Business Impact:
Due to this issue, users don't have server logs of JBoss.
