Call To Close.Html Works With Jinitiator But Not With Java Plugin 1.4 Or 1.5 HTTP-400 Error Reported

Oracle AERS has been set to utilize Java Plugin 1.4 or 1.5 rather than Jinitiator as a workaround to the issues in <Note 443811.1> for dual processor client machines.
Subsequently Formsweb.cfg has been updated to use Java Plugin instead of Jinitiator
This can result in the following error when leaving AERS Forms:
When leaving AERS Forms using Jinitiator 18.104.22.168, the servlet window is closed normally using URL:
However when using Java Plugin 1.4.2.06 or 22.214.171.124, the URL called is:
Thus resulting in a HTTP-400 error on the client when leaving AERS forms.
