This problem can occur on any platform.
If the end date for an account product is changed then at that end date the pin_cycle_fee -cancel cancels all the account products.
Steps To Reproduce:
* Set the account product end date in the future through the customer center interface
* Set the pin_virtual_time to the product end date
* Run the pin_bill_day
Only the selected account product should be canceled. Here all the products are getting canceled for that account.
