ATP Inquiry Giving ORA-01403 While Viewing Supply/Demand Details In The Source Instance (Doc ID 753282.1)

FORM:MSCATPSD.FMB - Supply Demand

Symptoms

When attempting to look at the supply/demand details in the ATP inquiry form the following error occurs:

ORA-01403 : no data found

Error details from screen shot show
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-02083

The FRD trace shows following errors :

executing USER_EXIT Built-in:

Executing NAME_IN Built-in:
In Argument 0 - Type: String Value: GLOBAL.OUT
Out Argument 0 - Type: String Value: <dblink>.local

Unhandled Exception ORA-02083
State Delta:
Error Message: FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-FORM-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled
exception ORA-02083.

2. right click pegging details - supply/demand
