After Applying One-Off Patch:7365320 Conversion Rates Are Still Not Used In Mapping Rules (Doc ID 753316.1)

Symptoms

-- Problem Statement:
On 11.5.10.2, FEM.D.1 Rollup #4 and PFT.A.1 Rollup #4, after applying <<Patch: 7365320>> and running a Profitability Manager (PFT) mapping rule attempting to receive valid conversion rates, the following error occurs:

ERROR

CURRENCY CONVERSION TYPE PROFILE OPTION = 1021
APP-FEM-416514: A conversion rate does not exist between USD and JPY currencies for type Corporate
and date 02/29/2008.
"APP-FEM-416515: Either USD, , or both currencies are invalid."
ACTUAL CURRENCY CONVERSION TYPE USED = CORPORATE
"APP-FEM-416953: Exchange rate not found between From Currency USD and To Currency JPY.
Defaulting to ""1.0"" for exchange rate."
"APP-FEM-416953: Exchange rate not found between From Currency USD and To Currency . Defaulting
to ""1.0"" for exchange rate."

No currency conversion is done.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply <<Patch: 7365320>>
2. Set the 'FEM: Currency Conversion Type' Profile Option to 'CSR' conversion rate type with
already defined exchange rates
3. Run a PFT mapping rule converting currencies
