Symptoms
Some or all clients are unable to load the AutoVue applet. The page appears to load, but the applet itself is blank or says:
"Requires a browser that supports Java"
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Install AutoVue Client/Server Deployment.
- Try launching the AutoVue client applet from a browser.
- Notice the message in the browser.
