Show All SQL Checkbox is not Working Properly in Performance Analyzer UI

Symptoms

When attempting to check the 'Show all SQL' checkbox in Performance Analyzer Configuration ID, the checkbox was not saved.

Steps:
1. Navigation: Performance Analyzer --> Configuration ID.
2. Check the  'Show all SQL' checkbox and save.
3. Open an Allocation ID.
4. Debug SQLs are generated properly.
5. Close and re-open the Configuration ID,  the checkbox is unchecked. No SQL is generated.
