TIMOS Does Not Handle Correctly Data Loading To Memory

Symptoms

This issue happened with TIMOS parameter set to DataMigrationOnStartup = False and is more than likely to be reproduced when the TIMOS is in loading mode (active data migration in progress).

After a first successful rating on SMS service, a data reservation tentative failed because service has not been found.

The same failed search was performed manually (testnap), to check if there is any database issue, getting a success with a direct search in the database and a failure forcing the search through TIMOS.

By checking timosMgr.DataMigrator, it was found:

14 /service/telco/data 0
15 /service/telco/gsm 1

Before the first rating, all account info should have been loaded into the memory and it was clearly not the case.
