-- Problem Statement:
Refund is not getting applied automatically when we cancel a backdated deal containing a product with cycle arrear event

-- Steps To Reproduce:
1.-Create an account and buy a deal that includes a cycle_arrear product
2.-Bill it
3.-Move the pvt forward
4.-Bill it again ( repeat 3 and 4 at least two times )
5.-Cancel the deal with a past date.
