When importing an older Oracle Agile EDM (non-UTF8) customer dump into Oracle Agile e6.1, receiving error "ORA error 12899 (value too large for column)" for all tables which contain special characters. Rows containing these special characters are excluded during the import, resulting in an unusable database.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Using export (exp) utility, create dump file from Oracle 10g database.
2. Import (imp) dump file into Oracle 11g database (UTF8 character set).

Oracle Agile e6.1 uses UTF8 database encoding.
