After applying OC patch 22.214.171.124 any Oracle Clinical user can launch the OpaConfig form in the OpaAdmin application and view the defined database connections for RDC Onsite, directly opening the web page to view database connections.
The user should be prompted for userid and password, but this is not happening.
This is a regression of <Bug 6674659>.
Further, After installation of ipatch 126.96.36.199, the log file redeployopaapplications.log is not showing the correct prompt, which is
"Updating configuration files..."
instead it shows the following prompt:
"Restoring configuration files... "
