Last updated on JANUARY 30, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle AutoVue EDA Professional - Version 21.0.0 to 21.0.2 [Release 21.0]
Oracle AutoVue Office - Version 21.0.0 to 21.0.2 [Release 21.0]
Oracle AutoVue 2D Professional - Version 21.0.0 to 21.0.2 [Release 21.0]
Oracle AutoVue Electro-Mechanical Professional - Version 21.0.0 to 21.0.2 [Release 21.0]
Oracle AutoVue 3D Professional Advanced - Version 21.0.0 to 21.0.2 [Release 21.0]
Generic Windows

Goal

Trying to implement code from the VueBean API on the AutoVue Applet, but the code can't be fully written in Javascript.

How to implement this code from a separate Java Applet?

Please note that this Note should no longer be used when using Java JRE 1.6u11 and newer releases. This approach used to work when all applets were executed in the same JRE, which is not the case since JRE 1.6u11 (maybe earlier, deprecated with the new java plugin).
