Address Field Issue in Customer Center

-- Problem Statement:
During account creation, in the address field, an user is able to enter more than 255 characters but
account creation is failing
-- Steps To Reproduce:
1. Create an account.
2. Fill up all required fields and use tab to move from one field to another.
3. The address field is allowing to enter more than 255 characters, but account creation is failing
