Symptoms

The Custom Attribute (CA) Layout Preview window displays a blank screen and after a delay, generates any of the following error messages:

Action Canceled

Internet Explorer (IE6, IE7 and IE8) was unable to link to the webpage you requested. The page might be
temporarily unavailable.

OR

Navigation Canceled  or  Bad Request

Navigation to the webpage was canceled
     What you can try:
            • Refresh the page   ==>  You are not connected to the Internet  //  The website is encountering problems.  //  There might be a typing error in the address (URL).

OR

Error 500 - Internal Server Error
