Symptoms

AERS application is upgraded from iAS 9.0.2 to iAS 9.0.4.
All attempts to communicate with the reports server is failing.

FRM-41213: Unable to connect to the reports server rep90aersval

Middletier migrated from iAS 9.0.2 to 9.0.4.
